The blog idea4healthcare was designed as a space to share ideas from discussions and readings of the International Master for Health Leadership (IMHL).
IMHL is a Master program focused on Healthcare professionals and offered by McGill University in Montreal, Canadá. I am a participant from April 2018 to October 2019.
The blog is a collaborative space where I publish and invite several contributors to write on the same topics. We always apply our ideas to the reality of professionals and patients inserted in the Healthcare system. The goal is to offer to the readers different views on the same subject.

I was once asked to summarize what is my mission on Earth. Difficult task, don´t you think? After some time of thinking, I realized that my mission on Earth is learning and sharing.
I have a special interest for the learning process and I can tell that amongst all my professional accomplishments, the ones that I appreciate the most, are those that I conquered acting as a people’s manager. I believe that in a group, people complete each other with their individual talents. Along my professional experience, I realized that people management focused on developing individual strengths is one of the best tools to achieve professional goals.
The interaction with different people stimulates my creativity and encourages me to take bold challenges. I am a curious ideas collector, capable to connect them easily in order to reach effective solutions in complex environments. I am an optimistic person, with lots of energy and a style that is resilient and strong at the same time. For me, life is a marathon.
I am Brazilian and Pharmacy is my background. In the beginning of my career I worked with pharmaceutical primary care to patients. It didn’t take long to identify my negotiation skills, which allowed me to build a professional path through the commercial area acting as a consultative account manager in the healthcare industry.
After 8 years of commercial experience, I did an MBA specialized in Marketing and I could develop new skills when acting as product manager in oncology diagnostic for all the Latin America.
In the last 7 years, I have been leading multifunctional teams of sales, technical support and applications for start-up operations in oncology and diagnostic medicine focused on implementing automated solutions for performance and accuracy improvements in the private and public diagnostics laboratories of Brazil.
